Summary
The book "To Kill a Mockingbird" took place around the 1930's in Maycomb County, Alamaba. It is about a black man named Tom Robinson being accused of raping a white girl named Mayella Ewell. Atticus Finch, the defendent of Tom and the father of Scout and Jem, tries to help out with the case. Atticus figures it was Bob Ewell, Mayella's father. But Tom Robinson is accused anyway no matter what they did. Another part is when Arthur (Boo) Radley comes in play. The people of Maycomb County find Boo Radley very creepy and scary because he was forced to be locked in his house for so long, but now he's able to come out, once again he chooses not to.
